Because Jishnu Dasgupta of Swarathma is an XLer - of Bodhi Tree & Gaand mein Danda fame!
The show was a smash-hit - and the jury members Palash (Euphoria) and Subir (Parikrama) were all praises for the band's fresh original sound, the electric stage act and the sheer appeal of band onstage. Said Palash, "It's humbling for someone like me to be judging a band like you. You should not be in this competition, you should be on the international stage, and you will make India very proud"
Next stop - New Delhi - National Finals on 29th Feb. We share the stage with headlining act, and our idols, Indian Ocean.
Swarathma would like to send out a huge thank you to all those who made this possible, thank you for the encouraging messages, the SMS' that you sent and the unwavering support that makes us believe in ourselves.
