I am very happy to let you know that Prashant (XL85) has joined Blueshift as CEO. You may know that Blueshift is the firm that Sankaran (XL84) and Valmiki (XL85) established in 1993 with investment from 5 other Xlers of 83, 84, and 85 batches (VC and Biju of 85; PNS, Josie Simon, and Venky of 83. Aroo of 85 was the one who gave us the name “Blueshift”).
While we started as a custom software development firm in Atlanta, US & Chennai, India, Blueshift has been acquiring a sharp focus in HR solutions. Blueshift’s flagship product in this space is the Recruitment Management System, modules of which are used by companies such as Infosys and Wipro. Our other solutions in the HR space are Performance Management System, Survey System, Employee Self-Service Portal, 360 degree system, and others. To round off its overall HR solutions focus, Blueshift has been considering a foray into HR-BPO seriously.
You may all know of Prashant's leadership role at Digital/HP and Indecomm Global. Blueshift is excited to have someone of his caliber join us. The three of us together will lead the charge towards comprehensive HR solutions.
